Based on common cases in daily life, this introductory course provides an overview of the principles of nutritional sciences. You will learn about the features, physiological functions, and food sources of nutrients. The relation between nutrition and common diseases will also be included in our course. We wish to develop a scientific dietary conception for you.
This is an introductory level course of nutrition. No specific background is required, everyone is welcome! However, a general background in basic medicine and physiology may be helpful in better understanding of this course.
